Park to attend G20, APEC, ASEAN summits

President Park Geun-hye will visit Turkey, the Philippines and Malaysia starting this weekend to participate in multinational summits including the G20 and other regional dialogues, Cheong Wa Dae said Sunday.

Park’s first stop will be Antalya, Turkey on Nov. 15-16 to attend the G20 summit, said senior presidential secretary on foreign affairs Kim Kyou-hyun at a press briefing.
She will then fly to Manila in the Philippines from Nov. 17-19 to take part in the Asian-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit. Her next stop will be Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from Nov. 20-23 to join the Association of Southeast Asian Nations Plus Three summit as well as the East Asia Summit.
