Uber messes up Facebook ad by confusing Puerto Rican and Cuban flags
Uber may operate in more than 80 countries, but it still had a difficult time understanding the nuances of country flags.

Yes, they look a bit similar as in they're both red, white, and blue and have stripes and stars. But come on. They're different and anyone could tell the difference and fact-check with the quickest of Google searches.
Or, they could have simply read the caption of Shutterstock image.

From what we understand, Uber has been trying to save face since it ousted controversial cofounder Travis Kalanick and put nice guy Dara Khosrowshahi in his place as CEO. But it seems to be a little move fast, break things over at Uber.
UPDATE: Dec. 22, 2017, 4:36 p.m. EST Uber apologized for the incident in a statement provided to Mashable after publication of this story.
"We are very sorry for this human error that occurred today. Our deepest apologies to the people of Puerto Rico. We reaffirm our commitment to the Island and ensure that this situation will not happen again," the emailed statement reads.
